Aparajeeta comes with 20+ years of experience across the gamut of HR in organizations like GE, ICICI Prudential and MetLife Global Shared Services. In her current role at MetLife, she leads Talent Acquisition & Talent Management portfolios. An alumnus of XISS, Ranchi, she has been a continuous learner throughout her career, with a wide array of certifications viz. Project Management Professional ®, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, DISC ®, Hogan ®, Hay’s Job Evaluation and the most recent one being HR Strategy in Transforming Organizations from the London Business School. She is currently pursuing ICF® certification and is passionate about coaching women during and post maternity and working with parents of neuro-diverse children.
