Mohan Kumar currently heads Talent Acquisition for Intuit India. He is responsible to drive key talent acquisition initiatives enabling Intuit to be known in the region as one of the most desirable Tech Employers for Top Talent. As a talent acquisition leader Mohan has led key strategic talent initiatives in partnership with business teams; leveraging areas of expertise and extended teams, building the foundation to scale hiring Top Talent and powering key organizational priorities to deliver the customer benefit. Prior to joining Intuit, Mohan was the APAC Regional Talent Acquisition Leader at Xerox Services. At Xerox he was instrumental in driving transformation talent programs and building a high performing organization. He has led strategy and execution of core talent acquisition delivery and operations across the region. Mohan holds an engineering degree from Bangalore University and Post Graduate Certificate from XLRI. He is an avid endurance athlete who enjoys ultra running.
