Pallavi has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources covering areas of HR transformation strategies, strategic workforce planning, building leadership pipelines, and driving the talent agenda of the organization, encompassing compensation & benefits and industrial relations. She has worked across multiple geographies and across different cultures and apart from India and the US, her assignments have involved working in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia Pacific. She has worked in companies like Apollo Tyres, Policy Management Systems India, Gillette and DuPont with increasing responsibilities. She is currently setting up the Center of Excellence for D&I for Mahindra and Mahindra which includes its Global D&I strategy, processes, policies and programs. Prior to Mahindra & Mahindra, she worked for DuPont in positions of Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition & Org Vibrancy Leader, HRBP and South Asia HR Director, also a member of the Dupont India board. Pallavi has a passion for developing and coaching leaders and has a particular interest in driving diversity and inclusion. She is an avid swimmer and pursues art history in her free time.
