He has also worked with ICICI Bank, Sasken Technologies and Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd (Times Group) in the past. He is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and was recognized as Top 100 HR Minds in India (2017) by World HRD Congress.
