As part of Accenture HR Leadership team, Girish leads the Talent Supply Chain for Accenture Operations in India. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and in a career spanning 21 years, he has had a wide-ranging experience in Professional Services and Sales and Business development in Automotive sectors. After spending his formative years in Sales and Business Development, Girish made the shift to managing Human Resources to bring out the best out of people in HR to support business growth. He is currently responsible for the Talent Strategy, Acquisition and Management at Accenture Operations in India.
