At PayU he leads talent acquisition, driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities to power business growth. He brings to PayU multi-sectoral understanding, after working across various industries including technology & analytics, healthcare and financial services. Prior to PayU, Rashid was associated with leading corporations including Infosys, Ernst & Young and Optum. In his previous roles, he was entrusted with the responsibility of driving their recruitment strategy, operation, analytics, talent acquisition, and mass hiring across locations. He is an expert in building world class virtual recruitment teams, in keeping with evolving workplace models. Rashid is based out of Bangalore, India.
