Anupriya Jain is the Head of Culture, Employer Branding and Communication at Lenskart. In her current role, Anupriya is on a journey to shape the culture and people dynamics at Lenskart. She is an Organizational Psychologist specializing in culture, leadership, team effectiveness and is constantly working to add value to the organization in affirming ways. Anupriya is also running a social entrepreneurial venture called Teams Inc. that provides pro bono people consulting to small startups and NGOs in India.
