Pratham Mittal is the founder of the Gurugram-based Masters’ Union School of Business. Masters’ Union is a disruptive Business school that champions practitioner-based and fully hands-on teaching founded with the aim of building a Top 10 Global Business School from India.
Its faculty includes over 120 MDs & CXOs from Tata, Mckinsey, Morgan Stanley, etc, and counts Bain, BCG, Google, Microsoft, and Zerodha amongst its top recruiters. Masters’ Union has been making waves for its students surpassing IIM Ahemadabad’s average placement salary for two years running.Talking about the students, they are a league apart themselves. With an average GMAT of 715+, most students come from pedigreed backgrounds (IITs, NITs, etc and an avg 3 yrs of work ex at GS, ZS, Fractal, BCG etc).
A Wharton & Doon School alum, Pratham is a Partner at 606 Ventures, a venture fund that invests in early-stage companies. He earlier co-founded New York-based Outgrow, the world’s largest interactive content platform behind companies like Nike, Tesla & Salesforce. We also often call him the first ever student who enrolled into Masters’ Union even though he learned lessons very different from the rest of the cohort.
