Sumanth is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Societe Generale’s Global Solution Centre, India. He has more than 22 years of experience in the IT and BFSI industries. He made a foray into HR after 15 years in IT delivery. With more than a decade of experience in SG GSC India, Sumanth has led the HR Business Partners function, HR Operations, and the HR Strategy Office, and now brings his leadership skills to run the entire gamut of HR functions. In his previous roles, he has headed the IT Delivery Unit at SG GSC, India, and led several IT projects for various US banks during his tenure with iGATE, California. Sumanth leads SG GSC India's focus on diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and enhancing the employee value proposition.
