Jasmine has been in the training and coaching space for over a decade and a half, and through this journey of experiences, she finds herself transforming and moulting like a dragonfly by letting go of the old and embrace the new. What really aids this journey of transformation is the powerful modality of #SeriousPlay. #SeriousPlay helps us feel our fears, uncertainties, and doubts and engage with our stories. I’m here to make a difference in the lives of my participants who engage with Jasmine’s Playadiem by creating a powerful transformational playground by holding myself and my journey as a mirror and create powerful coaching moments using different modalities of #SeriousPlay. Worked with the senior leadership team (CFO and his direct reports) and engaged with them in a three-month culture change project using Coaching, Lego Serious Play, and Psycho Drama for one of the leading giants in the manufacturing sector. Addressed over 100 women of a leading IT/ITES company on Women’s Day where she shared the stage with Sudha Murthy. Conducted programs in Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore on Teaming, Trust, and Interdependence for leaders across the globe in the manufacturing and pharma sector. Done several outbound programs, off-site for large teams ranging from 70 to 100 people using powerful exercises and debriefs which touch the feeling space. Jasmine has worked with the CEO and his direct reports where they used Lego Serious Play as a modality to bridge a deficit of 12 Crore and they accomplished it successfully.
