Raman, an engineer by chance and a human resources (HR) practitioner by choice, has nearly 13
years of work experience spanning industries such as information technology, professional
services, software products, and R&D. During this time, he successfully led HR & business teams in the areas of people & business partnering, people strategy development, organizational
transformation projects, people analytics, change management, leadership development and
culture.
Prior to joining Log9, Raman was leading the global people and culture charter for InMobi technology. Raman has also worked with organizations like SAP where he was leading HR for various teams in India and at Deloitte in various leadership roles that included Global HR Business Partner, HR strategy & operations chief-of-staff. During this time, Raman played key roles in areas of workforce planning, career development of young engineers, policy changes, retention, diversity, inclusion & equity, and employer brand. Raman completed his engineering in Computer Science from B.I.T, Mesra, and his MBA in Human
Resources from X.L.R.I, Jamshedpur. Raman won the NHRDN Young Leader award in 2016, has
authored many articles on HR, and has spoken at various external forums such as Great Place to

During his free time, he enjoys music, reading books, functional workouts, and time with his canine
