Suraj completed his Bachelors in Sociology from Ranchi University and PGDPM from XISS and has worked in various sectors during his 30 year career. He has been a part of Bata, Bosch, GM and Textron where he was the Deputy MD for India and a member of the Board. In 2011 Suraj joined Airbus India as their Regional Director HR – Airbus India & South Asia and under his leadership Airbus has been conferred with various awards over the years, few of the recent ones being: Top organization with Innovative HR Practices in 2021 & 2022 by APAC HRM Congress, National Best Employer Brand Award in 2021 & 2022 by CHRO Asia.
